Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days for customers in the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote areas, APO/FPO addresses, and periods of high carrier volume may experience additional delays.
Shipping Carrier
We select a carrier based on the destination, package weight, and current service availability. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges, or minimum order thresholds. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay for the product plus shipping.
Duties and Taxes
Because we ship only within the United States, no import duties or customs fees apply. Sales tax, where required by state law, is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@hobonichitechos.sbs.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@hobonichitechos.sbs. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
