This page explains what payment methods we accept and how charges appear on your statement.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa credit and debit cards
- MasterCard credit and debit cards
- PayPal
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) . If your card or PayPal account is denominated in another currency, your bank or PayPal will apply its own conversion rate. We do not add any currency conversion fee.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. You will see the charge appear as “Hobonichi Techo” on your card or PayPal statement. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Security
Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption. Payment card data is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. PayPal transactions are handled entirely within PayPal’s secure environment.
Additional Fees
There are no service fees, processing fees, handling fees, or hidden charges added at checkout. The price displayed on the product page is the price you pay, and shipping is free within the United States.
Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will receive an error message at checkout and may try a different payment method. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@hobonichitechos.sbs and we will investigate promptly.
No Subscription or Recurring Billing
Hobonichi Techo does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Every purchase is a one-time transaction. You will never be charged again without placing a new order.
